For ages 3-4, this class will introduce your dancer to beginner ballet terminology as well as basic movement and fun stretches.

For ages 5-7. Ballet is a classical art form that is also an excellent form of exercise and artistic expression. This discipline encourages precision, agility and fluidity of movement and develops physical strength and flexibility.

For ages 8-10. This training focuses on developing a solid ballet technique with emphasis on understanding correct body placement, proper use of turn out, coordination of the upper body (epaulement), and use of arms (port de bras).

Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations.
*Must be teacher approved.

Lyrical is a fusion of ballet, modern, and jazz. It explores emotions and a story which is told through movement to the lyrics of music.

Students will practice isolations and coordination steps. Progression steps, turns, leaps… across the floor. Your body has a great workout, you will feel full of energy dancing along to your favorite songs!

This class encompasses a wide range of street styles along with jazz disciplines. This class will focus on developing rhythm and coordination while encouraging individual styles.

Through a curriculum designed for boys, tactile movements and energetic activities are used to increase motor skills and improve rhythm as they discover the world of hip hop dance.

Dancers will develop a sense of rhythm, timing, and musicality. Through fun exercises and simple combinations, students will begin to understand how their feet can create clear, controlled sounds—all in an encouraging and creative environment.

Students will gain experience in traditional tap vocabulary through learning and practicing a variety of tap steps and choreography using different rhythms supported by a wide range of music.
For students 8 years and older

A non-performing class that focuses on syncopation and rhythm. This class helps gain mobility, strength, and balance in a motivating and exhilarating environment.
